Light Control

This accessory allows you to remote turn on and off, and dim, your lights, using the SiMP™ app on your mobile phone.

Plant Monitor

This sensor measures the soils' moisture, PH Level, and daylight exposure, soil temperature and external temperature. It is ideal to maintain indoor plants or to know when to irrigate your garden - a great way to save on water when the soil is still moist from normal rains. Tied together to an irrigation controller, the entire process can be made intelligent and automated.

Indoor plants can be precisely looked after without having to learn the needs of each type of plant. With a database of thousands of plant types, selecting a plant allows for the accessory to monitor the exact plant requiremetns and alert the user whenever more water is needed, better sun light or less sun light, in a warmer or colder location and whether the soil's PH level is too high or too low.

Movement / Vibration Detection

This accessory is one which fits inside a SiB plug and when inserted into the SiB it disappears out of sight. The motion detection accessory has many different uses and can be used for:

Door or window alarm

Turn things on an off by way of taps on a wall or anywhere else

In a draw (when opened it will wake and alert)

It can even be used in a fridge door to monitor for daily activity

The applications are many and the programs that it can be applied to are just as diverse!

Pet Locator

This accessory can be attached to your pet's collar.  It holds the SiB inside a transparent case so that the SiB's LED can be seen at night. Also, it is very strong and the strap is made of clear medical grade TPU making it very safe for skin contact. It is also water splash safe and after many tests with our own pets in water, we can say they are very good at keeping the water out. We're not claiming an IP rating of any sort here, but it does work very well to protect the SiB when submerged for short periods of time.

The Pet Locator app can be used without this accessory and the SiB can be mounted to your pet anyway you like. Of course, we recommend this accessory because the cost is low and makes it extremely convenient to place around your pet's neck.

On / Off

This SiB™ accessory allows you to remotely power on and off any device that you can plug into a wall outlet. This includes lights (outdoor, indoor, night lamp), a HVAC (home heating ventilation AC), and much much more.

Command Shopping Assistant

This accessory allows you to create a shopping list, or command your SiB™, using your voice.  Simply press the button and then speak to SAM!

SAM is small, has a rechargeable battery and with its magnetic base, can be easily attached to metal. SAM saves time, why fiddle with your phone when you need to add an item to your shopping list when SAM can do it all in a few seconds with the press of a button?

Need bread, milk and butter? - press the SiB™ in SAM and say "bread and milk and butter". SAM will automatically add it to your list!

Smoke Detector

This SiB™ can notify you via mobile alert when smoke is detected.

Thermometer Lyra

This thermometer accessory is one of several accessories that read the temperature and send it back to you via SiMP.

Lyra will give you accurate readings within +/- 1C (1.8F) and with a range of -55 to +125C! (-67F to 257F)

Lyra's sensor is included inside the plug of the SiB and when inserted into the SiB, it disappears of out sight. It allows the SiB to be placed at the location of your choice and based on the parameters you set, it will report to you the temperature as often as you like and can also alert you if a certain high or low temperature has been reached, it can even activate a fan or heater depending on what temperature - in fact, anything is possible.

HVAC Control

This accessory can replace your household HVAC thermostat.  With it, you can command your furnace or air conditionner directly through SiMP™, even when you're not at home.

Water Leak Sensor

This SiB™ accessory will notify you when the accessory comes into contact with water.  It's long battery life makes it the perfect accessory for bathrooms, basements, garages and other areas susceptible to flooding.

Mail Notifier

This SiB™ app does not require an accessory.  Simply mount your SiB™ next to your mailbox or P.O. box.  When mail is delivered, your carrier can press the button to instantly notify you that there is mail waiting for you.

Irrigation

This SiB™ accessory can turn your sprinkler / irrigation system on and off based on a timer, or, when combined with the Plant Monitor, can irrigate your garden automatically when needed.

USB Adapter

This SiB™ accessory allows you to power your SiB™ from a USB Power source. 

Alarm Magnet Holder

The alarm magnet holder has a powerful magnet inside that works great with a SiB, giving it more sensitivity than standard magnets so you can place it near the SiB or further away - but not too far away!

The holder is shaped to the contours of the SiB, is very small and neat and comes with matching double sided tape so that it can be easily attached anywhere where it is needed.

Multi GPIO controller

The multi GPIO controller is an accessory that lets you tap into all the GPIO's (General Purpose Input Output) pins the SiB offers. There's approximately 18 which can be used to control relays, power IC's, with access to well known interfaces like I2C, I2S, SPI and several other options.

If you wish to control anything remotely, get data or make your product SMART, this is the accessory to get. Paired to a SiB, you will have an accessory that you can use to control your project within minutes without even knowing how to program.

For eample, sending WD 5 1 means you've just sent GPIO 5 the command to go high which in turn can be used as an ON switch and then WD 5 0 sending the GPIO level low to turn off whatever you've attached to it. This is the most basic of actions, but with a SiB you can integrate this into a program for making whatever you want a fully automated process.

Accurate Thermometer

This accessory will give you accurate readings within +/-0.1C (0.18F) and with a range of -55 to +150! (-67F to 302F)

It allows the SiB to be placed at the location of your choice and based on the parameters you set, it will report to you the temperature as often as you like and can also alert you if a certain high or low temperature has been reached, it can even activate a fan or heater depending on what temperature - in fact, anything is possible.

Fridge / Freezer Thermometer

This thermometer accessory is one of several accessories that read the temperature and send it back to you via SiMP.

This accessory will give you accurate readings within +/- 1C (1.8F) and with a range of -55 to +125C! (-67F to 257F)

This accessory is specifically made for measuring temperature in Fridges and Freezers. The sensor is attached to the end of a flexible and very thin circuit that permits the sensor to be placed inside the appliance while the SiB remains outside.

The thickness (or lack of) of the strip and the adhesive backing, allow for a very discreet install and one which doesn't affect the sealing rubber of the door in any way. Also, by keeping the SiB outside the appliance, the battery has a normal life span of many years instead of the heavily reduced life due to the extreme cold temperatures of either the fridge or frezer as most battery technologies aren't made for extreme cold weather. The strip comes in a white color to match most interiors, but if the exterior is black, using a black marker pen it can be very quickly covered to make it less aesthetically obvious.

Temperature and Humidity

When you need to monitor or measure temperature AND humidity with a high degree of accuracy, this is the accessory and app!

This accessory is based on a sensor made by a highly renowned Swiss company and comes from factory already calibrated.

With this app and this accessory you will get temperature readings that are accurate to 2 decimals and the same applies to humidity readings.

The sensor is accurate to +/- 1.5% relative humidity and +/- 0.1C! (0.18F!).

The temperature range of this sensor is -40 to 125C (-40F to 257F). For humidity the range is 0 to 100%, but is most accurate between 0 and 80%.

The standard program will report to you whenever a change in temperature happens and you can set exactly how many degrees changed before it reports.

The SiB can also act as an alarm based on a temperature trigger point. For example, if you want the SiB to wake and send you an alert when the temperature gets to -30 (-22F) then the SiB will not wake unless that temperature is reached or exceeded.

There are too many uses for this sort of accessory and we can't list them all, but if you've ever wondered what are the temperature and humidity levels of a certain location either when you are at the location or away from it, then this accessory will provide you exactly that!

Silicone cover - weather protection

This silicone cover is to protect the SiB when exposed to external weather. It will protect the SiB when it rains or snows and will keep the SiB running for years and years.

Being silicone, it means it will last for years and years with almost no changes to its properties. If exposed directly to sunshine, over time it will yellow a little bit, but this will happen slowly and very few materials are immune to this.

Silicone cover with hook

This silicone cover is made to protect the SiB from water damage and also to be able to carry it on one's person or on your pet.

This cover lets you attach the SiB to a chain or similar that would go around a neck and it lets you shower without causing any damage to the SiB.

It is not however a 100% water proof cover because it has a hole on the under side where the SiB is inserted. The cover is very tight around the SiB and that tight fit is what causes a seal which helps to protect the SiB. The silicone is 100% clear so when it is on the SiB, all you see is the SiB!

This silicone as well as every silicone parts in our accessories is FDA approved for skin exposure meaning it is completely safe for this use.

Silicone cover for shower

This silicone cover is made to protect the SiB as much as possible and stop any water ingress or even moisture.

The cover works in tandem with half of the package the SiB comes in and is transparent and allows for the SiB to be pressed and used as a panic button in locations where direct water exposure is expected.

It's not to be submerged, but rather placed against the wall in a shower or similar and left there until needed.

PCB Adapter

This PCB adapter is made for those of you that want to control your existing product or design with a SiB!

The adapter is a mix of a PCB that you weld to your electronic product and then place the plastic cover with special plug after the soldering process is complete.

Great for hobbists or even OEM applications.

Pool Temp and Water Level

This accessory is made up of a silicone cover as well as a sensor that goes into the water of your pool.

The sensor keeps an eye on the water temperature and also monitors the level of water based on your preset level.

It can report on the temperature of the pool, let you know when that perfect temp is reached and also warn you if you water levels are too low and more water needs to be added – for pool owners, these are essential details!

Garage Door Control

If you have a dumb garage door opener, one which you use and open with a clunky remote control, why not update your system to be controlled with your mobile and or other SiBs?!

This accessory can control most garage door openers and will provide you with a great number of options that will control the times the door is open, whether the door didn't close properly and then auto close it, can be opened and closed using a SiB in your car (or a SiB in every car if you have more).

It will tell you if the door is closed or open and can automate several tasks.
